Money-back policy

bedesign guarantees a refund for the following reasons:

  • Your order cannot be completed.
  • Your request to cancel the order is received before the order is started.
  • You are not satisfied with the quality of the code or service.
  • You are not satisfied with the result, when reviewing the theme on our test server.

Note: The refund is NOT issued if the request for the refund was received after the theme files were sent.


Quality and slicing guidelines

The following points summarize our strict guidelines:

  • The markup looks exactly the same as the original design.
  • CSS classes and images are intuitively named to correspond to their sense / content.
  • The code is correctly indented to correspond to the nesting level of each element.

Bedesign is a new company which standing for the best PSD to HTML service world wide. We provide the best service in HTML conversion with hand coded and W3C standard compliant. We are small team of designers and developers and growing company which works in an extremely creative environment. As per the current situation we wouldn’t take bulk orders(more than 10 pages) and we do only the Design to HTML conversion. In feature we will take the order for design to HTML for CMS like WordPress, Drupal, Joomla etc. We are young, passionate and enthusiastic and it oozes out into everything we do.

How our process works

Step 1

It all starts with you. You place the order, and our sales team will be contacting you right away. We take a look at your order and make sure everything is exactly the way you want it.

Step 2

After your project spec have been checked out and payment has been received, we are ready to get started on your project. This is when your project is born and is assigned to one of our HTML/CSS guys.

Step 3

After our programmers are done slicin’ and dicing’ your designs and writing your code, they go ahead and thoroughly cross-browser test your entire site. We have a whole bunch of slave virtual machines set up here at the office to test on every browser imaginable! Seriously!

Step 4

After these wonderful programmers finish, they send it over to our QA engineers. These guys are insanely detail oriented (You know the kind of guys who cut lawns with scissors?). They check your programmer’s work and your designs to make sure it is exactly what you wanted. Voila!

Step 5

Now the project files will be upload to our testing server for your review and comments. After the review your project manager will go ahead and post your HTML/CSS project.

Step 6

After the review and comments and once we get approval from you,  your project manager will go ahead and post your HTML/CSS as a zip file.

Step 7

Success. Your order is finished and of course you leave 110% happy, because like always, we exceeded your expectations. 🙂
